Does the module produce noise during stimulation?Yes there is noise because of the motion of the piezo elements within the module. The volume depends on frequency and amplitude of the stimulation sequence. It can be attenuated very good by using a heavy blanket which is placed over the body parts which are in contact with the module. Do i need a cable with filter to use the device in a MEG?No, you only need a filter in the cable for usage in MRT. Artefacts in MEG are avoided by a special drilling method for single wires in cable production. Is the stimulation device upgradable?Yes, the stimulation device can later be upgraded with additional stimulation and I/O cards. Please contact our sales department for more information. |
